1. What is online personal training?
Online personal training provides personalized fitness coaching through virtual platforms. You'll receive custom workout plans, nutritional guidance, and regular check-ins with me as your trainer, all on your time via your smartphone. The app also integrates with your Apple Watch or FitBit to track your daily steps, TDEE/total calorie burn, heart rate, and more, providing a comprehensive overview of your fitness journey.

2. How does the online personal training process work?
Once you sign up, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire about your fitness goals, current fitness level, and preferences. Based on this information, I will create a personalized training plan for you. By connecting your smartwatch to the app, I can monitor your steps, sleep patterns, and your TDEE/total calories burned, allowing me to tailor your program even further. We will have monthly video calls to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide support and motivation.

3. What are the benefits of online personal training?

You have 24/7 access to Coach Niko with a guaranteed reply within 24 hours. You can reach out via the in-app messaging service.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Simply contact me, and we will adjust your subscription accordingly.

6. What is the minimum commitment period?
The minimum commitment period is 2 months (8 weeks). This ensures you have enough time to see meaningful progress and benefit fully from the program.

7. Are there any discounts available?
Yes, we offer a 6-month paid-in-full discount for each package.

8. What if I need to cancel my monthly subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. There is no refund for any “6-Months/Paid In Full” package.

9. What equipment do I need for online personal training?
The equipment needed depends on your training plan, although I highly recommend getting a commercial gym membership. This will provide you with all of the necessary equipment for a successful online training experience.

10. Do you offer nutritional guidance?
Yes, our "All In" package includes personalized nutritional guidance to complement your fitness plan and help you achieve your goals more effectively.

11. How do I sign up for a package?
You can sign up by clicking the "Book Your Package" button at the bottom of this page, then selecting the package that best fits your needs. After signing up, you will receive a welcome email with further instructions.
